However, if we believe the terms are not equitable or require adjustments through negotiation, the process may take a bit longer to ensure that your best interests are fully represented.

What are the costs?

For you nothing. Our fees for settlement agreements are completely paid for by your employer. We always cap our fees at the contribution towards legal fees offered by your employer.

Any amount exceeding £30,000 will be taxable; however, it is not subject to employee national insurance contributions.
